Once order is processed, shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier volume.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and to maintain the purity and hygiene of each bundle, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the security tag is broken or removed. All items must remain in their original, unaltered condition to be eligible for returns and/or exchanges. 

Quality Assurance

Each bundle is inspected, photographed, and verified before shipping to ensure you receive premium, authentic hair.

Global Transit & Holiday Observances

Velorius ships worldwide, and on rare occasions, customs processing, international import procedures, or regional holidays may cause slight delays. These circumstances are outside of our control, but your order will always remain a priority.
